If you notify us in good advance we will do our very best to change your tour dates. The best way is to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and check the availability.
What is the best way to book a tour for a group?
Our online booking system allows you to book up to 18 passengers at a time given that the seats are all available. If you are booking for a group and the online booking system does not give you the availability you can send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will finish the booking for you.
I still haven't received a confirmation email about my booking. What is wrong?
The confirmation should arrive via e-mail within 24 hours from the booking. If you have not received a confirmation at that time please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out.

Do I need to bring a printout of my ticket?
If you booked directly through our website you do not need to bring a printout. For bookings made through a sales office or another agent than www.igtours.is please bring a confirmation printout of your ticket.
